Real Estate Brand Channel TV production

On the topic of Brand Management for Retail Parks

The TV Production of a Featured Story

This infotainment film is the first part in a series of featured stories by the magazine Real Estate Brand Book, that aims to venture out of the field in print media and set foot in the audiovisual world. The project was named Real Estate Brand Channel and works alongside articles of experts in the industry which want to share their advise and expertise. The corresponding magazine comes out once a year and targets experts of the real estate industry.

In the course of this project, we were asked to produce a featured story in the style of a TV production.

Location and content of this Infotainment Film

As a location we had the chance to use the Lobby of the Hotel Adlon Kempinski in Berlin. Guest speaker in the first video on the Real Estate Brand Channel was the real estate and branding expert Moritz Felix Lück, CMO of MEC Metro-ECE Centermanagement GmbH & Co. KG.

In this TV production like video he talks about managing retail parks as brands and brand management in general. Overall, he says it is profitable for retail parks as well as shopping centres to be lead as a brand. This benefit is not exclusive to investors but also positively influences the effect on tenants and consumers.

TV Production in the Hotel Adlon Kempinski

As one of the most famous and luxurious hotels in Germany and with its aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, the hotel Adlon Kempinski makes a great location for shooting a project like this. It is located near the Brandenburg Gate in the heart of Berlin on Unter den Linden 77. It not only enjoys a great reputation nationally but also internationally and is part of hotel alliance The Leading Hotels of the World. Overall the moving history and the pompous setting make for a great and impressive location.
Even if an infotainment film does not depend on a location like this, it can certainly add that extra something and create a beautiful atmosphere for any TV production.
