In order to ensure the ideal implementation for your project, we start with a detailed analysis of your needs and goals. In that phase, we evaluate possible concepts, workflows and objectives to set a direction that meets your requirements.
This is followed by the conception-phase. Depending on the type of event planned, we will create a suitable plan for you, in which the type and scope of the planned live production is clearly outlined, and then develop a shooting schedule that is optimally tailored to your objectives.
After an intervening consulting and planning phase, the live production begins. Before it can start, however, we conduct an intensive briefing and, if time permits, test runs to ensure a smooth process, for example, during planned discussion rounds between on-stage and remote speakers.
If desired, live effects such as individual fade-ins, 2D / 3D animation or green screen effects can be integrated during the live production.
After the stream has been completed, the recording is handed over and, if required, the recorded material is post-edited for further releases.
